Timeframe |
Use this dialog to select the timeframe in which you want the watchlist to operate. You can select from any TradingView supported timeframe and the default will always be the Chart timeframe. The only requirement is that any timeframe you select must be >= to the Chart timeframe.

Symbol (1-9) |
Use the Symbol edit boxes to insert/change the symbols you wish to monitor.

Bars to Process |
This option controls how many historical bars are processed for pattern detection. The default is 200 and the range is 100 to 600. For speed reasons it is recommended that you keep this setting somewhere between 150 and 250 bars.

Show Bullish Patterns? |
Check this box to display all Bullish patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.

Show Bearish Patterns? |
Check this box to display all Bearish patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.
|
Show Bat? |
Check this box to display all Bat patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.
|
Show Alt-Bat? |
Check this box to display all Alt-Bat patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.
|
Show Crab? |
Check this box to display all Crab patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.
|
Shoe Deep Crab |
Check this box to display all Deep Crab patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.
|
Show Butterfly |
Check this box to display all Butterfly patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.
|
Show Gartley? |
Check this box to display all Gartley patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.
|
Show Gartley 886? |
Check this box to display all Gartley 886 patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.

Show Shark? |
Check this box to display all Shark patterns found in the price data. Default value is checked.
|
Show ABCD? |
Check this box to display all AB=CD patterns found in the price data. Default value is unchecked.

Show Pending Patterns? |
Check this box to display any Pending patterns that might be available. Default value is checked.
|
Show Confirmed Patterns? |
Check this box to display all Confirmed patterns that might be available. Default value is checked.
|
Update Pending in Realtime? |
Check this box if you want the watchlist to check for Pending patterns on each new tick. If not checked then it will check for Pending patterns as of the close of each bar. Default is unchecked.
Note: Checking this box will increase the CPU utilization of the indicator and, during heavy trading, may result in a TradingView timeout error. If a timeout error is generated, just reload the indicator.

Min Pattern Length |
Specify the minimum allowable pattern length. This measure uses the distance, in bars, from the very first point in a pattern to the very last point. Patterns that are shorter than the specified length will not be displayed. The range is between 20 bars and 100 bars. Default value is 30 bars.

Max Pattern Length |
Specify the maximum allowable pattern length. This measure uses the distance, in bars, from the very first point in a pattern to the very last point. Patterns that are longer than the specified length will not be displayed. The range is between 100 bars and 1000 bars. Default value is 300 bars.

Specify the maximum number of leg points that patterns are allowed to share. Range is from 0 to 4. The default is 3. See Display Filters.

Minimize Pattern Overlap? |
Check this box to prevent multiple patterns from being created in the same general vicinity.The Minimize Pattern Overlap option will help reduce pattern clutter by requiring that the first point of any new pattern must be at least past the C point of the preceding pattern. In most cases it will also replace a smaller pattern with a larger pattern. Default value is checked. See Display Filters.

Transparency |
Set the transparency of the table cell background. Default is 90, range is from 0 to 100.

Text Size |
Adjust the overall size of the table by selecting the Text Size. Default is small, select from tiny, small, normal, large, and huge.

Alert on Pending Patterns? |
Check this box if you want the watchlist to generate Pending Pattern alerts. Default is checked. Alerts are generated as of bar close. All alerts use the TradingView alerts() function call.

Text Color |
Default is black. The color of the text in the watchlist.
|
Default BG Color |
Default is grey. The default background color of cells in the watchlist.
|
Pending BG Color |
Default is blue. The background color to use to indicate a Pending pattern.
|
Bullish BG Color |
Default is green. The background color to use to indicate a bullish Confirmed pattern.
|
Bearish BG Color |
Default is red. The background color to use to indicate a bearish Confirmed pattern.
|
In PRZ BG Color |
Default is yellow. The background color (in Last column only) to indicate that current price is within the actionable zone of this pattern's PRZ.

Alert on Confirmed Patterns? |
Check this box if you want the watchlist to generate Confirmed Pattern alerts. Default is checked. Alerts are generated as of bar close. All alerts use the TradingView alerts() function call.

Alert on Bullish Patterns? |
Check this box if you want the watchlist to generate alerts for Bullish Patterns. Default is checked. Alerts are generated as of bar close. All alerts use the TradingView alerts() function call.

Alert on Bearish Patterns? |
Check this box if you want the watchlist to generate alerts for Bearish Patterns. Default is checked. Alerts are generated as of bar close. All alerts use the TradingView alerts() function call.

Column Sort |
Select from Bars or None. Bars is the default.
If Bars is selected then the watchlist will be sorted in ascending order by the Bars column...so in this case the most recent patterns will always be at the top of the watchlist. If None is selected then no sort will be applied and the watchlist will be displayed in Symbol order based on how you entered them.

Panel Pos |
This option allows you to control the position of the watchlist in the indicator panel. You can select from top, middle, and bottom as well as left, center, and right.
So, for example, if you wanted to load 3 watchlist indicators into a single indicator pane (to conserve screen space) you could load 3 copies of the watchlist and set the first to bottom-left, the second to bottom-center, and the third to bottom-right. Then just use your mouse to drag the last 2 watchlists into the first watchlist indicator pane.
